In this clip you can see a small portion of the testicle removed with microsurgical instruments. This tiny section of tissue is immediately analyzed for the presence of sperm. When they are found, whether or not they are weak, they are injected directly into the eggs (the ICSI procedure) to achieve perfectly healthy embryos and normal fertility rates.
